For agencies
Senior engineering capacity, under your name
You have won work you do not currently have the capacity to deliver. You need engineers who will not embarrass you in front of your client.
Why this is hard
The pipeline is lumpy
Three projects land in the same month and then nothing for six weeks. Hiring for the peak means paying for the trough.
Contractors need managing
You wanted capacity and got another person to project-manage, chase, and review.
Quality is your reputation, not theirs
When subcontracted work is poor, the client does not blame the subcontractor. They blame you.
What we do about it
White-label delivery
We work under your brand, in your repositories, to your conventions. Your client need never know we exist, and we will sign whatever confirms that.
We manage ourselves
Written scope, weekly demos, priced change orders. You get progress you can forward to your client without rewriting it first.
Documented handover as standard
What we give back is documented well enough that your team can maintain it after we leave. That is the whole point.
Referral commission both ways
If you would rather refer work than resell it, we pay 10–15% and stay out of the relationship.
Proof
Our normal practice — requirement-traced code, role-based manuals, re-runnable QA packs — is designed for exactly this: work that has to survive being handed to somebody else.
An offline-first mobile app for children who cannot rely on a connection
A Flutter support tool for autistic children and their caregivers — communication, emotion learning, predictable routines, and explainable progress tracking.

Questions we get
- Will you talk to our client directly?
- Only if you want us to. We are equally happy to stay entirely behind you and communicate through your project manager.
- Can you work in our repository and stack?
- Yes. We will follow your conventions rather than impose ours. If your stack is something we do not know well, we will say so instead of learning it on your budget.
- How do you price overflow work?
- Fixed price per project where scope allows, or a monthly retainer for continuous capacity. We avoid hourly because it makes your margin unpredictable.
